We are delighted you have decided to join us for our event.
REGISTRATION
$75 per person (each additional family member is $65 more)
or
$55 per person (camping or lodging offsite from group area)
Children 3 and younger are FREE (any and all minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or adult chaperone at all times)
INCLUDES
Camping site for three days and two nights
All associated park fees
Onsite refreshments (including; water, iced tea, fresh fruit and snacks)
Astronomy guides and information
Swag (including; Mars Opposition shirt, observing pin and sticker)
THE FINE PRINT
Registration does not include camping equipment or meals.
Upon receipt of your registration we will process your form and send you an invoice for the amount due. If payment is not received within three business days of your registration form submission, your spot/s will be released.
Once event capacity has been reached, all interested registrants will go on a wait-list. You will not be charged until your registration has been confirmed.
Refunds (less $5 processing fee) will be granted upon written request prior to July 27, 2018.
Shirts will be delivered at the event to individuals who register on or before July 25, 2018. Individuals who register after July 25, will have their shirts shipped after the event and will incur an additional $5 shipping fee.
